Payment & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our business, and the fact that people generally book our cabins well in advance, we require a minimum of 30 days notice in order to give a full refund of your deposit minus a $75 service charge. If you are unable to give a 30-day notice, we will be happy to apply 100% of your deposit towards a future stay with us. Also, in the event of an early departure, we are unable to give any kind of refund. All no shows will be charged in full. All holidays will be charged in full.
We make every effort to maintain all of our equipment at the cabins, including but not limited to hot tubs, TV’s, fireplaces, AC etc. In the event of this equipment breaking down, we will make every effort to repair it in a timely manner, but are unable to issue any kind of refund. Thank you for your understanding. Receipt of your deposit will constitute your acceptance to these terms.
Pet Friendly Policy
We do allow well-mannered, housebroken pets in most of the cabins. We ask that when you are not at the cabin, you take your pet with you whenever possible. If your pet is of the barking kind, and you must leave it behind, please leave it indoors, preferably crated. For the safety of other guests in the area, please do not leave your pet unattended outdoors.
If your pet is of the shedding kind, please do not allow it on the furniture or beds. The reason we allow pets is because we are animal lovers ourselves, and could not imagine going on vacation without our pets. We only ask that you follow our simple rules.
Due to the extra time involved in cleaning a cabin that a pet has stayed in, we must charge a $45 pet cleaning fee.
For the courtesy of our non-smoking guests, we ask that you refrain
from smoking inside the cabin at all times. Thank you for your
